Refund policy

We love our product and have faith that you will love it too! 

We personally check and pack every towel we send and will ensure it is in perfect condition when we send it to you. 

However, we do understand you can change your mind.  We will therefore gladly exchange your towel for another within our range or a store credit.  Just please ensure it is returned to us in unused, perfect condition. 

If you do wish to exchange, please email us at info@luks.com.au within 4 days of receipt, with your order number and we will be in touch with instructions on how to return the item.
